LAPFAG expects that Members will
- Promote the objectives of LAPFAG.
- Take all steps available to enhance the image of the PVCU frame industry.
- Purchase materials and services from LAPFAG Approved Suppliers whenever possible.
- Introduce suppliers to LAPFAG for the purpose of them becoming Approved Suppliers.
- Attend meetings of LAPFAG whenever possible.
- Participate in working groups and similar activities.
- Take all opportunity to enhance the position of disadvantaged groups.
- Seek to make all processes used in the industry as safe, environmentally friendly and as
secure as possible.
- work in accordance with the various guidance notes and regulations published by the DETR,
Audit Commission, CIPFA, HM Treasury and similar bodies concerned with procurement and Best Value so
far as they compliment local Financial Regulations.
